This classy photo was lying in the middle of the sidewalk right by the taxi lane at the El Cerrito Plaza BART station. I had a good laugh when I got close enough to see what it was. But more than amused, I was puzzled: from whence did this mysterious photo come? Who could let it get away? And who in the world signed the back "Happy"?
