Handicapped Parking

I was riding my bike out of the 

Berkeley Bowl West parking lot when 

a red scrap of paper under my wheel

caught my eye. 

Much to the oncoming driver's chagrin

I made a sharp u-turn and picked it up

to find this note addressed simply to 

"Lady":

Take Me

Found on empty sidewalk while walking back to BART from the outdoor showing of "Sixteen Candles" at Dolores Park in San Francisco's Mission District.
